Joined Long Painting Company in 1986 as an apprentice painter and grew his career as a Journeyman Painter, Superintendent, Project Manager, Commercial Production Manager, VP of Kent Operation and in 2024 President. Serves on the board of the Western Washington Signatory Painting Employers Association, JATC, and as a LPC 401(k) Plan Trustee.

Joined Long Painting in 1996 as Controller, with 5 years previous experience in public accounting auditing small and large general contractors and subcontractors here in Seattle. Assumed role of CFO in 2022. Graduate from Seattle Pacific University with Bachelor of Arts in Finance in 1986 and Accounting in 1987. Holds his Certified Public Accountant license in the State of Washington since 1990. Administrator and Trustee of the LPC 401(k) Plan.

Joined Long Painting Company in 1989 as a Journeyman Painter advancing his career to Foreman, Superintendent, Estimator, Project Manager, Sales Manager, General Manager and eventually in 2022 VP of Vancouver Operations. Served on Signatory Painter Contractor Association for SW WA & OR, a current Trustee on SW WA & OR Painters Pension Trust, and JATC.

Joined Long Painting Company in 1994 as a Marine Industrial Superintendent and has continued his career as a General Superintendent, Quality Control Supervisor, Shop Operations Supervisor, Production Manager, and in 2022 VP Production Manager for Kent & Vancouver. Manages company certifications and audits for QP-1, QP-2, SSPC-QS-1 with Steel Structures Protective Coatings.

Joined Long Painting Company in 2012 after graduating from Oregon State University with a degree in Civil Engineering. Started his career as an Estimator and quickly rose to Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and in 2022 VP General Manager of Vancouver Office. Serves as Trustee on the LPC 401(k) Plan.

Joined Long Painting Company in 2015 as Industrial Project Manager, having spent the previous 10 years in the construction industry with Techno Coatings and Kiewit Pacific. Assumed the role of Kent Industrial Group Manager in 2019. Graduate of the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing in 2005, and a Certificate in Construction Management from UCLA. Serves as a Trustee on the LPC 401(k) Plan and holds an AMPP CIP-1 Coating Inspector certification.

Joined Long Painting Company in 2015 as a Foreman, with 6 years of previous painting industry experience having started his career as an apprentice painter. With LPC he has engaged in the following roles as Project Engineer, Estimator, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, in 2024 General Manager, Kent Operations. Serves as Trustee on the W. WA Union EPT Health and Welfare Plan.
