“Your Partners in Safety, Quality and Service.”

A Commitment to Safety Starts at the Top

Safety begins with the active participation of our owners and managers. Empowering employees, communication, and training are crucial to our success. We use cutting edge safety practices and on-line training and tracking to make sure we are leaders in construction safety. We go above and beyond what is legally required to make sure our employees go home safe every day.
Training our people is a core value because our people are our most valued asset. It was true in 1967 when our company was founded, and it continues even more so today.

Safe work practices make for efficient production.

Our entire team shares a culture of good, safe decision-making. We value a culture of integrity where employees recognize that each decision impacts their safety. Safe production is the ultimate goal and can only be achieved with teamwork.

How We Do It.

Every new employee begins with an introduction to safe work practices. Individual training continues at every project site for every crew member, utilizing a job-specific safety orientation. Regularly scheduled company meetings on how to work safely and be environmentally responsible are conducted throughout the year.  Monthly foremen meetings are also scheduled to discuss safety topics relevant to our current projects.

We work with general contractors to meet their safety requirements for each and every jobsite. This includes Site Specific Safety Programs, Job Hazard Analysis, Pre-Task Plans, Fall Protection Plans and Emergency Procedures, to name a few.
