Meet Ron Tate

Ron Tate not only surpasses goals, he karate chops them! Currently at work on the residential tower at 815 Pine in downtown Seattle, Ron and his crew are on a break neck pace completing the painting of this 42 story building. Long Painting is privileged to have had Ron on our team for nearly thirty years. His experience is an unmatched asset in completing projects of this scope and size.

Recently, LPC’s Business Development Manager Jeff Engle had a chance to visit Ron on the job site. “Ron precisely organizes every facet of the project,” praised Jeff. “From the stocking of the paint and sundry supplies, layout of paint, job assignments and coordination with other subcontractors…nothing is left to chance.” The result of Ron’s skill is a three day improvement in the finishing schedule per floor without compromise of quality or safety. Jeff went on to add, “Ron’s enthusiasm and passion for his job clearly rubs off on the rest of his crew, the other subcontractors and Holland. He is always coaching and encouraging his team to find more efficient methods to complete their task.”

Premiere On Pine is a forty two story residential tower being developed by Holland Group and is located at 9th and Pine in Seattle. When complete in April of 2015, another 386 apartment homes will be added to the Downtown housing market.
