LPC Celebrates Over 50 Years in Business!
May 15, 2017 | by Lisa Schaefer
On April 28th over 300 customers, vendors, employees, and union representatives joined Long Painting Company at the Museum of Flight to celebrate over 50 years of being in business.
Guests spent the evening enjoying cocktails, including the “Long Blast” signature drink, touring the museum, having their photos taken on the red carpet, dinner, dancing and even a delicious dessert bar.
Attendees also had the opportunity to experience the flight simulators by going 30,000 feet high without going anywhere.
Shortly before dinner, President John Fisher gave a passionate speech, which he started by acknowledging the founders: Ty and Anne Long who started the business in 1967 in their garage in Renton.
He then expressed how the employees at Long Painting Company are the lifeblood of the company, and that the company is committed to its employees and their families.
John declared that Long Painting Company will always do the right thing and will continue to grow by building and maintaining solid relationships with customers. Several core customers were in attendance, which he graciously recognized.
As guests departed for the evening, they received a beautiful parting gift to take home.
