An intense three-day refresher course wrapped up last week, keeping our team familiar with up to date methods of plural component spray technology and equipment. The SSPC Plural Component Application course covered classroom instruction as well as hands on application by airless spray.

Plural component application allows Long Painting to apply high solids chemical resistant coatings, polyurethanes and polyurea coatings in fewer coats. These types of product cure much quicker than conventional coatings, thus allowing a return to service with minimum down time. Plural component coatings allow maximum protection to demanding substrates, including waste water clarifiers and chemical storage tanks.
