Congratulations to the Vancouver Office for Winning the “New” Long Cup!

On Friday, June 30th Long Painting Company held their annual Golf Tournament at The Golf Club at Hawks Prairie in Lacey.

The Kent and Vancouver offices had a showdown to compete for the “new” Long Cup – sponsored by Sherwin Williams Company, and for bragging rights. The game ended in an intense tiebreaker between both the two General Manager’s, Bill Newcomb of Kent and Vince Guymon of Vancouver. They both fought hard for the win but in the end, the Vancouver office ended up taking the trophy home once again, while the Kent office took home the official “Dave Pelze” putting green award provided by Alan Langer.

Gregg Hubert from Sherwin Williams Company had an Eagle at a 110-yard chip shot. It was a fantastic shot, helping team two win the match against the Kent office.

After the tournament, Sherwin Williams Company presented Long Painting Company with a plaque showing appreciation for over 50 years as a premier painting contractor and for the long-term partnership.
