 Overview:  Long provided all painting and coating work for the new LEED certified Roosevelt Operations Center of the Eugene Water & Electric Board. The $72-million facility will include the main electric and water operations center, warehouse, vehicle shop, vehicle storage and materials storage yard. The painting includes more than 250,000 square feet of GWB walls and ceilings, 110,000 square feet of exposed structure ceilings, 95,000 square feet of exterior concrete and cmu with clear sealer and anti-graffiti coating, 35,000 square feet of interior and exterior concrete tilt-up walls painted with a dark red accent paint, and more than 95,000 square feet of interior and exterior exposed steel.
