Overview: This project was a mix of new construction and renovation, as part of an old building was incorporated into the design. Long Painting Company provided interior and exterior work including intumescent fireproofing, water repellants, high performance coatings, and painting. Designed to achieve a Silver LEED rating, the completed building provides 280,000 square feet of office space and 12,000 square feet of retail space to Seattle's Pioneer Square.
