This project is a hotel/apartment complex consisting of two buildings. One building is a six-story 56-unit apartment and the other is the eight-story Hyatt Place Hotel. Long Painting’s scope of work included all interior painting and wallcoverings, including caulking, special floor coatings and painting of exterior steel canopies, rooftop mechanical steel and loading bay soffits.
