The Grand Sierra Resort
Project scope included the renovation of the top 11 floors of the former Reno Hilton into condominiums that range from 420 square feet to 2,100 square feet. The scope of work was the complete renovation and remodel of 825 hotel suites and related corridors. It was a very challenging and fast paced project. Mark Gutierrez put together a great crew of local painters and wallcovering installers and kept the project on schedule and on budget. Mark and his crew compiled over 20,000 hours on this project without a single injury. Because of how the crew performed we were awarded work in the casino, restrooms and several restaurants.
